I believe everyone is capable of
building their own computer. Are you a
gaming nut? Do you love computers but
are fed up with PC companies? Are you a
seasoned pro looking to build a gaming pc and are on the hunt for
information? This is the place to
be. I have been building computers for
over 10 years, and along the time I have discovered a few key things about
constructing your own computer.
This site is an effort to put my
opinions and experience to use informing you about the best path to creating
your own computer. My goal is to provide
you with the information necessary to build your own computer that has parts which
are not only excellent quality, but which will work well together.
If you are experienced in building
gaming computers, then what you will find here is a comprehensive list of
well-reviewed, high quality parts. To be clear, I will not be conducting
reviews on specific hardware myself, however I will be referencing very highly
rated reviews from highly rated sites, scouring message boards, and doing all
the research that I do for myself – except I’ll be giving it straight to
you. This is the same process I go through
for building my own systems – systems that are still capable of running the
best games on the market after nearly 4 years of use.
If you are new to computer building
and are now wishing to learn how to build a gaming pc, I am here to help you too. I have many experiences of building PCs and I
have had what many people fear – hardware failure, bad support, and wasted
money. It’s always the unknowns – the
fears – that prevent people from doing this.
I am here to tell you that I
believe anyone is capable of doing this.
It is actually quite simple – all you need is a very simple level of
knowledge and the confidence that you can.
If you knew what the best motherboard, processor, ram, video card, hard
drive, power supply, and case were – and how exactly to put them all together –
wouldn’t you rather build a computer for 1/3 of the price that you might pay a
PC manufacturer? And most likely get it
sooner, and have the satisfaction?
My main goal with this website is
to give the hardcore pc gamier, the casual pc gamer the tools necessary to
build a computer that they can be assured will last them for years – and that
it will be both in quality and
performance.
